Amtrak with SPECIAL CAR attached at end….Presidential Election?

Here is the LAKE SHORE LTD.  Train 449 as it approaches Worcester, MA on Sunday, Nov 9.  There is a special car attached at end of train.  Anyone see this car before?  Its looks like it was just recently refurbished.
