Here is the Lake Shore Ltd as it heads WEST from Boston, thru Grafton, MA on way to Worcester, Springfield, Pittsfield and Albany MA before it hooks up with Train 49 to run to Chicago.

World's Smallest Trains

We saw these cool vehicles called SPEEDERS while up in New Hampshire.  They travel all around the Northeast.  Really cool.

TROLLEY and TRAIN MUSEUM Maine. FANTASTIC

If you are into trains, this place is for you.  Its the SEASIDE TROLLEY MUSEUM in Kennebunk Maine.  Here is a short video.  Its definitely worth the trip.  One admission. Ride all day long!
